What excites me about the future is continuing to build a company that is totally aligned with the interests of our clients and their success. If we can keep our focus on helping more and more people thrive financially, I’m convinced our company’s growth and prosperity will be assured!
The Quick Hello

Many years ago, a finance professor and mentor piqued my curiosity with the idea of building wealth through consistent saving and smart investments. He directed me to study our capitalistic system and the philosophies of investors like Warren Buffett and John Templeton.  Over the years I have seen the astounding benefits of owning great businesses over long periods of time. I am inspired each day to find investments that possess the enduring values needed to drive extraordinary returns.

Richard’s take on optimism

I think optimism in investing is inherently tied to a strong belief in capitalism. It allows clients to accumulate the bountiful financial resources to live life to the fullest, however they choose to define it. And optimism grows as our foundational habits and solid investments lead to greater than imagined outcomes.

What excites me about the future
What excites me about the future is continuing to build a company that is totally aligned with the interests of our clients and their success. If we can keep our focus on helping more and more people thrive financially, I’m convinced our company’s growth and prosperity will be assured!

What I love about what I do
Helping and educating people about what’s really important to achieve financial success.  There is a lot of noise in our everyday lives that keeps us frozen or focused on all the wrong things.  We have a wonderful opportunity and responsibility to positively affect the behavior and outcomes for many, many people.

I am…
A long-time optimist and card-carrying capitalist.

People I most admire
Warren Buffett and John MacKenzie are two of the greatest investors of our time, with the track records to prove it. They’ve been successful because they have been consistent in their investment approach.  They have strong investment fundamentals and beliefs and are willing to go against the crowd at times. Their results and patience have proven time and again the wisdom of their investment philosophy.
