THE DEEPER DIVE
What does optimism look like to you? What does it mean to you? To me, optimism means maintaining a positive and hopeful perspective on life. Life can be challenging, however, by embracing those challenges with an optimistic mindset I have been able to find positivity and grace to persevere through any obstacle.
What excites you about the future? Well, I am at the very beginning of my career so right now I am finding everything exciting and new. I am looking forward to the endless potential for growth, both in my professional career and in my personal life. I’m eager to start a new life in Seattle and at Tschetter Group. I look forward to embracing all the new experiences my life brings and I am excited to continue learning more about the industry and myself along the way.
What are three traits that you think best describe or define you? Loyal, Consistent, and Determined
At the end of your career, how do you want to be valued? I want to end my career being valued as a collaborator, hard worker, good listener, and a problem solver. What matters most to me is being seen as someone who made a positive impact on the people I worked with. I would like to be remembered as someone who formed genuine connections.
When you’re not working, I’ll find you… Coming from Scottsdale, Arizona, when I’m not at work you will find me exploring my new home in the Seattle area. I love trying new restaurants with friends, hiking, or finding new places in the Pacific Northwest to travel to with my boyfriend.
