THE DEEPER DIVE
What does optimism look like to you? What does it mean to you?
Optimism is a mindset that embraces change with genuine enthusiasm. For me, it’s about staying present and finding joy in every step of the journey, even when things don’t go according to plan.

What excites you about the future?
What excites me about the future is the endless potential for growth, surprises, and new experiences. Life is full of transitions and I’m excited to continue growing towards becoming the best version of myself.

What do you love about what you do?
The most rewarding part of my work is the chance to witness the meaningful impact we make on our clients’ lives. It’s a privilege to be a part of their journey, and I cherish the front-row seat I have to their growth and progress.

What is the biggest misperception about you?
The biggest misperception about me is often related to my introverted nature. While some might perceive me as shy or quiet, I place a lot of value on listening attentively rather than dominating conversations, which is why I may not always be the most talkative person in a group.

At the end of your career, how do you want to be valued?
I aspire to be valued as a person who was genuinely kind and left a positive impact on those around me. Being seen as someone who uplifted others, offered a listening ear, and lent a helping hand when needed would be the ultimate testament to the values I hold closest.
