What does optimism look like to you?
For me, optimism is trusting that things will fall into place the way they’re meant to. It’s choosing to focus on what’s in front of you and finding something good in every situation, even when it’s not perfect.

What excites you about the future?
I’m excited by growth, learning new skills, taking on challenges, and seeing how small steps every day turn into real progress over time.

What do you love about what you do?
I love being the person people can depend on. It’s rewarding to bring order to the chaos, help others feel supported, and know that what I’m doing is making things easier for someone else.
