What does optimism look like to you? What does it mean to you?
Optimism fosters a hopeful outlook on life and in difficult situations, granting us the ability to view challenges as opportunities and enabling us to face adversity with resilience. When one is optimistic, they carry confidence into all situations, knowing they are always well-prepared.

What excites you about the future?
Lifelong learning and development are essential. I believe that continued education is a vital pillar for growth, not only as an individual but also as a contributing member of the Tschetter Group. Education provides the necessary resources to navigate and thrive in an ever-evolving landscape, ensuring sustained success and adaptability.

What do you love about what you do?
I love the team and mission I get the opportunity to work for. Each day, I’m excited about the impact my work has on client outcomes. I truly enjoy having the chance to directly contribute to our clients’ success. With client intentions at the forefront of our operations, our team’s continuous innovation and strategic thinking creates meaningful impacts for those we serve.

At the end of your career, how do you want to be valued?
A leader for my community, I want people to feel comfortable reaching out to me for help. I hope to become a resource and a helping hand for both my family and the community around me.

Outside! I love to be outdoors and active. You can find me playing tennis, basketball, wake-surfing, skiing, or playing with my dog.

What’s your personal motto or tagline?
While cliché my favorite quote is “Never give up”. This resonates with me because I find it important to be resilient and have a “no-quit” attitude when challenges arise.
