The Quick Hello

Joining the Tschetter team was an easy decision for me. Not only are we on the brink of something special but our values are in complete alignment. Getting quality results is one thing but the way you go about getting them says so much more about you. I believe that relying on each other and working as a team produces the best results. In addition, having a positive attitude and believing the future is brighter than the past contributes to that success. You will always see me with a smile on my face and working hard to ensure the best results are reached.

THE DEEPER DIVE

What does optimism look like to you? What does it mean to you?
For me, Optimism is being able to see the good in any situation. I am a firm believer that every situation can and does posses at least one positive attribute that can be taken away from it. Having this belief allows me to walk away from any situation with a positive attitude and a plan for a better future.

What do you love about what you do
Being in this industry allows me to combine two of my biggest passions. First there is my passion of working with people to improve the quality of their lives. I find a joy in having daily interactions with clients and not only do I get to interact with them, I get to help them secure a better financial future. Secondly, when I am not in front of people, I get to work and play with the numbers to ensure each client’s specific plan is being executed well and maximizing results.

Name one thing that keeps you up at night?
What can keep me up at night is the fear that I let those who I care about down. If I have a bad day and don’t perform my best work or disappoint someone, I at least want to feel rest assured that I gave it my all. Bad days are going happen but making sure that I did everything in my power to overcome and set myself up for a better day tomorrow keeps me up.

What is the biggest misperception about you?
That my determination to have fun and be joyful as much as I can means the I am disinterested or don’t care about the task in front of me. I believe that it means the opposite. Without the drive and confidence of knowing that I am going to produce the best work I can, I wouldn’t be able to enjoy myself and others around me.

How do you think your colleagues would describe you—in a word?
