What does optimism look like to you?
Optimism is core to who I am, shaped by my upbringing and my faith. It gives me confidence that any goal is achievable with a thoughtful plan and hard work, while helping me overcome obstacles when they inevitably arise.

What do you love about what you do?
Investing challenges my full skillset as a professional, and I like that it tends to reward those who are passionate and curious. I enjoy exploring ideas, asking questions, and navigating the balance between holding firm convictions and staying adaptable to new information in a constantly changing world.

What would people be surprised to learn about you?
I survived playing 80 holes of golf at Chambers Bay in a single day, carrying my own bag. An incredible day for a good cause.

What are three traits that you think best describe or define you?
Earnest, pragmatic, creative.

When you’re not working, I’ll find you…
Trying to keep up with my wife and two young daughters who have a wide range of interests. I’m not playing as much golf as I’d like, but my coach-pitch softball skills have been improving lately.
