Team Update – Celebrating New Opportunities!

We’re excited to share a team update and celebrate Kelli Porter, Ailyn Castillo, and Eli Gripp as they step into new roles at Tschetter Group.

Kelli will be joining our leadership team in the newly created role of Director of Planning & Service. In her five-plus years with Tschetter Group, Kelli has been instrumental in building out our planning effort and shaping our service model. Her promotion is a well-deserved recognition of her hard work, demonstrated leadership, and willingness to say yes to new challenges as we’ve worked together to create the company we have today. We have immense confidence that her competitive and collaborative spirit, caring heart, bright mind, and deep knowledge and experience will continue to empower our team and the work we do.

Ailyn will be stepping into the role of Human Resources Manager. In a relatively short time, Ailyn has had a notable impact and developed a remarkable reputation as a trusted voice and advocate for the team. With her natural gifts for creating a welcoming, supporting, and inclusive space for people, we believe Ailyn is uniquely equipped to take this role on and we’re excited to see how her leadership continues to shape the environment we’re building together.

Finally, Eli will be moving into an Associate role on the Advisory Team, supporting Kelli in her client relationships. Eli’s growth has been fun to watch, and we’re grateful and excited for the ways he’ll continue to contribute to our team and the families we serve.
